Cancellation Policy
BALANCE MUST BE PAID IN CASH
There is a 15-30 minute grace period, if you are later than 30 minutes of your scheduled time you will have to either pick an alternative style or reschedule to MY next available appointment.
If you need to cancel your appointment due to an uncontrollable circumstance please do it AT LEAST 24 HOURS before.
Please come with your hair freshly washed and product free. Dried to your desire. (The more blow dried your hair is the sleeker the look).
